PORTLAND ANIMATED FILM FESTIVAL
The Portland Animation Film Festival, PAFF, is the largest and longest running animation festival in the northwest. This year’s tagline is Who’s Watching Whom? It is meant to embrace the quirky spontaneity and surprise that the festival has made its calling card. The slightly Orwellian vibe is counterbalanced nicely by an innate juvenile mischief that the festival's gummy mascot brings to the fore. You never know what you’ll get at PAFF.
